I initially gave this a 2 star but then changed it to a 1 star. I bought it for knitting hats but it keeps skipping stitches no matter how slow I drive, sometimes it gets stuck or the handle is difficult to turn. For the money paid I expect better. I've only been using it for 3 months and have used it a few times. The seller requested a video, but Revain doesn't allow such attachments, so the only help I get from the seller is a $10 refund offer. I think that's unacceptable. If it works properly and only a stitch falls out every now and then, I would be happy about the money paid.
