The best thing about this software is that it gives you all your information in one place - which makes everything easier if anything goes wrong or there are any issues/changes from previous work orders. It helps us to be more organized because of its functions like 'view complete' (where we can see the updates as they get uploaded). I think what people don't realize now how much time-saving this has actually been when using other companies softwares! We used to keep sending emails back n forth to our clients until finally getting paid, but since switching over i have saved sooo many hours doing simple things such as taking down numbers off invoices etc. I like that I can see the progress of my projects and the cost of each. It is easy to use. I can't think of anything I dislike. I would say that I wish that the software was more user friendly. If you are looking for a cost effective system to use for your projects, I would recommend Sherlayer. I am using it to keep track of my projects and the cost of each. I can easily see the progress of my projects and the cost of each.
