Review on 🏗️ 1 Gallon White EPDM Rubber Roof Coating - Dicor RPCRC1 by Sean Tops

This product was used on an original 2005 Fleetwood Fifth Wheel rubber roof which was in fairly poor condition. Overall, this product has worked amazingly! Preparation and application are very simple, as described on the can (see also YouTube video - Motorhome Dicor rubber roof system). My only goal was to get it all done in one day - applied in the fall and the time for completion was near so that there would be enough light throughout the day Make sure you start as early as possible to ensure that you apply 2 coats. Product is easier to apply than wall paint in a room non tacky - used a roller and brush when needed...that's for me as there isn't much left on this roof and it gave me peace of mind. I haven't noticed any cracks or damage on the roof as the material covers them very well. This product doesn't solve any problems with roof lift edges - I've used EternaBond roof caulk sealing tape for holding and edge alignment. This product has worked very well, better than I expected and saved me from having to replace my roof.
