I like how easy it is to use. The product is intuitive and has everything you need. There are no downsides that we have experienced. It would be nice if there was a way to do all your accounting in one place. You can't copy the data from the spreadsheet to the chart of accounts without doing some manual work. Do yourself a favor and try it out. We were looking for a system that could help us keep up with our inventory and reporting needs. It really does help us manage our inventory better and keep track of our sales.
