It also allows me to create an internal view of all customers' experiences. There could be some improvement by adding more features like chat history. Also it would be great if you get notifications about new messages from your clients automatically. As far as this point we have nothing to complain about. We use Alicina for managing our client's experience with us online. This helps us to respond quickly to their queries.
