
I love this pan! The bread swells up and keeps its shape perfectly. Bake until golden brown - not too dark. I love making bread dough in a bread machine and then baking it in the oven to avoid those weird blades. I bought heavy duty aluminized steel cookie tins and really like them - now I don't use anything else for my cookies. So I decided to try a bread pan made out of the same material. Works really great! I oil well and the bread just pops out. No sticking. Below not raw. The crust is only slightly crunchy, but the inside is soft and fluffy! I will order another larger pan. [General size guide is 3 cups of flour or less, use a 1 pound loaf (8 1/2 x 4 1/2). . Anything over 4 cups requires a 10x5 size.] The pan is very durable and easy to clean (I hand wash). The ribs fluff up the loaf and allow air to circulate to enhance baking. Can't wait to try more recipes in it!
