The ease of access to all of my CRM information is phenomenal. It's so easy to see at a glance who I'm contacting or what they're up to. It's also great that you can use it outside of your office hours as well. Sometimes it takes a few minutes to load but other than that, no problems! I wish there was an easier way to manage multiple accounts. There are times where I have several people in one account and when I need to send out emails, it's very cumbersome to do so. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a simple yet effective tool to organize and track your business relationships. Having all of my client information available at my fingertips is pretty awesome!
