Review on 🎨 DecoArt 2 Ounce 24K Gold Extreme Sheen Paint - Premium Metallic Paint for Crafts and DIY Projects by Morgan Gilmore

I have bought many bottles of this color in different colours. I was so excited to try them out and see the metallic shine! I started my project and started exploring different colors. What happened next was very disappointing. Some of the paint colors looked perfect and beautiful after shaking the paint and squeezing out some of it. It seemed a bit "unmixed" but not enough to disqualify it for use in my project. Maybe not as good as hoped, but acceptable. However, as I opened and tried each color, I was horrified to find that with some colors, no matter how long and how hard I shook the bottles before opening, the color that came out still separated and looked like an oily mess. These split colors didn't stain anything, they just left an "oil stain" where I painted. I wasted a lot of paint trying to add more paint and "mix" some real paint into the oily mess. Unfortunately, I could never find a mix to complete my project using these colors. I am very disappointed with the performance of this paint. I gave 2 stars for the very few colors that are more or less effective, but all other colors deserve zero stars. Now I'm off to find and buy more paint (and spend more money) for my project which would have been finished if those paints had done their job.
