Reliable quality that gets the job done

This is a simple product that does what it's supposed to do. Not top quality, but decent. Large items (catalogs etc.) tend to snag, but our slot goes through a wall rather than a thinner door and I think that makes a difference. I haven't seen a single product that I think works better. Having nothing to do with the product itself, I was surprised that it was shipped without a box: just wrapped in bubble wrap and heavy plastic. I would have been fine, but one of the corners was bent during shipping, so it definitely wasn't enough. Just enough to bend it back, but still.
