We tested this on both fresh cherries (stalks and pits per pound included of course) and various types of olives served in good brine and it handled pitting with no problems and at minimal cost. tear out. Then we ate cherries and olives in honor of life. If I had four arms I would do this all day so others could celebrate with me and I wouldn't have to eat everything by myself. Jokes aside, this is a great tool when you need it. . Take two and hire them to help out a noob foodie relative.
