I ordered this toy for my parrot because I thought it would be interested in the spiral shape, but the toy I received was different from the one in the photo. The toy was about 3 inches taller vertically than pictured, also shaped like a rectangle instead of a spiral. It was so big that it scared my parrot and didn't want to explore it. I took it out of the cage a few minutes after I left it hanging there while my parrot was hiding in the corner :- }. Unfortunately it is non-refundable. Fortunately, Revain is very accommodating and will refund the purchase amount. On the other hand, it is a very strong and well assembled toy.
