I call them "deflected driver horns" and added them to the two horns on our 2015 Toyota Highlander - with direct reference. I look at them in surprise while gently tapping them twice to remind drivers that the green light is on and they need to focus on driving. Installation wasn't difficult. I only gave them 4 stars because they are exactly how you see them. No instructions, no mounting screws, no wiring, nothing. So if you know what you're doing, you're fine. Otherwise, you may need to find out about the installation process.
