The most important thing for me about this program was that I could track my dog's food/water intake as well as their activity in each day of our stay at different locations (camps). Since it integrates into Google Calendar we were able use other calendars such as work calendar so I no longer need worry if there are any changes between when they will arrive where ever etc...I have had issues logging activities due time discrepancies but overall everything works flawlessly- just wish it did not take several tries before being successful since sometimes you cannot tell what your doing wrong until after clicking submit twice or 3 times. We do like how easy it has been to integrate both tracking information AND scheduling events from google calender without having two programs open - keeping us organized! I like the ease of use, and the fact that it is very user friendly. I also like that it is very customizable. I dislike that the system is difficult to use for a first time user. I also dislike that there are not enough options for the user to customize the system. I would recommend iMagic to any business that is looking for a kennel reservation system. I am solving the problem of having to keep track of my kennel reservations. It has also helped me to keep track of my clients.
