Review on 🔧 FRAM PH6607 Oil Filter - Extra Guard with 10,000 Mile Change Interval - Black by Joe Olson

Well the XG6607 was no heavier than a Denso 150-2004 for my HR16-DE (Nissan engine) and I won't just drive 5000 miles on this ultra synthetic filter. Combined with my switch to Kirkland 5W-30 full synthetic oil 4000 miles ago, this filter is part of a change from cheap regular Walmart, Firestone, lube and dealer oils and even cheaper filters. Because this fully synthetic oil (same as Revain Basics oil) contains more effective cleaning agents, this is the second of the three that I expect will clean and trap dirt and debris in the filter. The body appears to be thinner than the Denso, which I believe is Nissan's original equipment manufacturer. I could get the sides to flex under pressure, I couldn't with the Denso. The fit and assembly was perfect. I would say the texture of the top handle is a plus.
