I can't possibly praise this product enough! Before this, I was using one of those old-fashioned weight belts that has the chain in front, meaning the only way to adjust the weight is to take the whole belt off. That is extremely annoying and difficult in the middle of a workout, especially when you are dealing with a lot of weight. This belt greatly improves on the traditional design by having the strap that holds the weight separate from the belt, meaning you put the belt on and then attach the weight strap to the belt. That is way more comfortable and much easier to adjust. It basically allows you to save all your strength for the actual workout, instead of wasting time and energy on tedious readjustments. The only possible criticism I have of this belt is that the strap is a bit longer than it needs to be, though that can be remedied simply by running it through one of the plates (or around a dumbbell) an extra time or two. Overall, this product is excellent and very highly recommended. Great price, too!
