Review on 🔪 G TING Whetstone Sharpener with Flattening Feature by Jason Nguyen

This set says I was able to sharpen a few knives with it. I have found that my stainless steel knives require a little more effort and some are almost impossible. I've been sharpening knives most of my life, so it's not a lack of skill. I also found that the grit of the stones is imprecise, 8000 grit should be smooth. I found it a bit stiff, 1000 is softer than 8000. I think you get what you pay for. My understanding is that this is related to the magazine stone not being used on a good knife.
