User Insights made simple using Intercom

Very easy integration with existing apps; super fast reporting of user data back into our CRM system - all in one place! Nothing at present but I have been told some new features are coming soon which will be great for us (ease of use). Would like more integrations available via API or something similar so we can start working together without having to rely solely upon their team who aren't always around when needed :/. Great product though!! Easy way to get insights from your app users very quickly/easily while still being able keep them engaged throughout those sessions.

Pros

The ability integrate it easily within my own applications, as well just simply pulling down reports is really simple.
The support staff too was exceptional.very helpful even during hours that they work :)
