1. Excellent product packaging.2. Winding on its transparent spool is absolutely flawless! No mess and no hassle payback.3. The support site contains important printing and troubleshooting information, as well as printer media profiles ready to be connected to your slicer software.4. YOUSU 3D support team helped me with questions about the product quickly and professionally.5. I've tested printing at 208c, 200c and 190c on the Creality CR-10 with no degradation or other issues. The recommended bed temperature was 50°C and my tests showed good results.7. In the PLA package they included a new brass nozzle and cleaner and a plastic storage bag. In my opinion, this is an excellent product backed by a solid technical support team. I look forward to buying more PLA from them this week.
