It never ceases to amaze me with the value for money

Many years ago I bought a Fein Multimaster. This was back when they had a smooth mounting head and the blade could twist with use, requiring multiple adjustments and re-tightening. Now they've upgraded it and are offering a conversion kit for about $20. What amazes me is that they charge $33 for a three-pack and $94 for a 10-pack, even though they're designed not only to cut wood but also nails. I've sometimes been disappointed with my Fein blades in the past because I didn't think they would last as long as they were supposed to. So at Fein, you're paying about $9 to $11 per blade, which is 74 cents per blade. My lumberjack job of having a 50-pack for just 72 cents a piece is just what the doctor ordered. They go well with my old Fein Multimaster, although I've never received an updated head. They hold up a lot better in that old head than the old Fein smooth-faced blades. Whatever you choose, a set at this price is no problem.
