Bought for my 2 parrots, they showed moderate interest in the mirror and the movement of the beads along the wire. When it came time to clean it, I was surprised to find that the mirror is actually a mirror! A fairly solid piece of mirror came out and I removed the small (also solid!) rods and a few tiny beads fell onto the kitchen floor. Uh oh I couldn't find them so I took tiny rings and beads from my toy collection and hung them on poles along with some tiny beads I kept and the parrots seemed to like it even more. I'm used to parrots. Toys are made as cheaply as possible and this simple toy seemed well made and my chance discovery of adding different items to the wands makes it more versatile.
