The tool helps me visualize my sales pipeline for different deals with their various stages of progress so I can make better decisions about which ones are most likely going to close soonest. It's easy to use! Sometimes it takes too long between when you click "pipeline" or something similar from your dashboard that shows all open opportunities/deals and what stage they're at because there could be multiple tabs showing more than one deal. If this happens try opening up another tab instead - makes things move faster once again. Visualizing my current opportunity pipeline (with potential closed deals) and knowing where each has been historically really helped me decide whether an upcoming meeting was worth scheduling if we had time constraints.
