The most fundamental drawback of all Logitech Harmony remotes at the moment can be considered the manufacturer's decision to stop producing them. Coupled with the need to contact the Logitech cloud to set up the console and save its configuration, this implies the risk of stopping this service at some point, and potentially turning the console into a "pumpkin" (if no alternative is found or offered to implement the above operations). In the absence of a screen, there is no flexibility in terms of full control of specific home devices (limited only to those buttons and functions that are present in scenarios by default or that are additionally programmed). On the other hand, this is rarely required, and if you still need it, the Harmony app on your phone comes to the rescue - it has everything in general, but it’s not so convenient to hold and press the buttons, as is the case with the remote control.
