According to the product details, the mattress can support a weight of up to 110 kg. However, it is recommended that the user not exceed this limit. My wife and I each weigh 50 kilograms, however despite rotating the mattress as instructed, there were tears in the coconut shell on both sides of the mattress. As a result, it is nearly hard for either of us to have a good night's sleep. According to the comments made on this page, the issue is already well-known. I submitted a claim to Ascona, and they gave me the number 510372; however, a week later, I was told that my claim would not be paid. It looks like I'll need to get a new mattress, and it won't be coming from Ascona.
