I've had this finished PC for over a year now. This is my first gaming PC I've ever bought. Overall not bad but there are a few issues. Pros: - Super convenient and easy to set up. - Runs most games on medium settings. - Relatively cheap compared to alternatives. Cons: - Some of the games (Fortnite, World of Warcraft, etc.) I've played on this machine have pretty bad graphics. Gameplay is not that smooth. I also get occasional crashes - (Not an internet issue as my partner's system works fine on the same network) - The fan is quite noisy. If you are in a quiet room, you can hear the fan running. It's not a big deal, but you'll actually notice it after you turn off your computer. - It's getting hot. All in all, this is a worthwhile purchase. You probably need to replace the graphics card or something else to improve the gaming experience in different games. If gaming is important to you, it might be easier to start with a cheaper device and upgrade all the necessary parts over time. I have not yet contacted the support team for these issues but I suspect little is being done.
