Easy, quiet running, great cutting edges
One thing I've noticed about Knipex tools, their steel seems a little lighter than others, but always just as much or evenly more. These tongs worked smoothly out of the box and I oiled them anyway to stop them breaking and make them even smoother. At first they dangled at the end (at first it seems all pliers do), and now they open and close freely. Haven't handled it too roughly yet, just copper wire and blanket wires and maybe some sheet metal, but so far no gaps have been found unlike others I've used in a similar way.
