Works on my induction range!
Finally! It was so hard to find a griddle that worked on our new induction range. Most are aluminum, and that doesn’t work. Cast iron works but too heavy for my wrist. I have been happy with the quality of this griddle. It makes great pancakes!
- This is a great pan and a good size for a family dinner.
- The pan's weight can be too heavy for some users, making it difficult to lift or move around the stove
