2nd One of these for my opinion

Little larger than the one I had before. (12" vs 10"). It is a little heavier than the 10 " I had previously from a different company. This is the only one I saw that had two handles (one on both sides). Two handles makes it so much easier to lift, and move. The long handle is heat proof, however, the smaller one is not, so it can get hot. Pay attention to instructions to not use Olive Oil but a different kind. I used olive oil on the1st one for a several years. Don't remember what the…

Pros
  • I love it,no sticking when frying meats
Cons
  • The nonstick coating can release toxic fumes when overheated, which can be harmful to your health

So far, so good good for me

I've had this set for over a month, now and I've had no issues so far. Scratch resistance, I can't say much because I don't take chances. I use tools that don't scratch and I store these with pads between them. The heat distribution is good but not GREAT. But I can say the same for an iron skillet. Things don't cook perfectly evenly on that either. So far, these DO NOT STICK while cooking. Clean up is super easy. I can leave something out overnight and it gets hard and crusty, but no problem…

Pros
  • Perfect for grilled sandwiches.
Cons
  • Very light weight cheap griddle pan. Should have returned it. Not what I expected for the money.

Good lifespan to price ratio.

Excellent pan for the price. The picture shows the pan after one year of use.I am the only one using it, and I am cautious with it.The marks you see in the picture are not scratches but scars and material chip-off products of the natural expansion and contraction due to heat.To me, its cost is fair. I buy one per year. The most expensive pans last two years in good shape, and are much more expensive than two of these.

Pros
  • It has a high-quality finish that makes it look professional and elegant
Cons
  • The pan's copper exterior may discolor if exposed to acidic substances

Induction: Had to switch from 4 medium pancakes to 1 BIG one :)

This is a very attractive griddle pan and appears to be very well-made.I bought this griddle for use on a freestanding induction cooktop that I received for Christmas 2020. The cooktop is an 1800w SUNAVO with a coil marking on the glass measuring 7.75". The ferrous induction disk on the bottom of the griddle is 8.125". I mention these details just in case they have some bearing. This griddle may perform differently with another induction cooktop.Having read in one of the Reviews here that the…

Pros
  • It is oven safe up to 450°F, allowing you to use it for a wide variety of recipes
Cons
  • The pan's copper exterior can easily stain with regular use

GOOD PRODUCT: my feedback

The only complaint I have is that the handle is not made for comfort, I cannot figure out why you would create a good product and put a not-so-good handle on it

Pros
  • The pan is versatile and can be used for sautéing, frying, and stir-frying
Cons
  • The pan's non-stick coating may require chemical cleaning agents which can be expensive or inconvenient

It will OffGas in my review

This griddle on my flattop cook surface experiences alot of off gassing due to the med-high/ high heat used. Not sure if others have experienced this but I find it unusual and concerning.I will probably not use again.

Pros
  • Skillets
Cons
  • The pan's rim is not wide enough to pour easily

Does the job ! on my review.

I was looking for a new frying pan that would also go in my oven. And this one does the job especially since it's that new copper! Love it!

Pros
  • It comes with a lifetime warranty, ensuring you get your money's worth
Cons
  • The pan's weight can be challenging for elderly, disabled or weaker users to handle effectively

UPDATE: It's really good!

This could be a great pot but I would not know since it arrived at my house full of some weird sticky substance It also had a sticker in the middle that seems impossible to remove so I'm just going to send it back UPDATE - called to send back - became a hassle. I washed the sticky stuff off, took the sticker off - which is a pain but only took a few minute s- be CAREFUL not to use medal to get it off because it WILL SCRATCH - that said - after washing it and getting the completely bizarre inane

Pros
  • The pan has a deep design that allows you to cook larger batches of food
Cons
  • The pan's non-stick coating may release toxic fumes when heated to temperatures above 500 degrees Fahrenheit

This is not a non-stick surface

I have been using a Cuisinart griddle for about 20 years, but it has warped so I bought this COOKSMART griddle as a replacement. Very disappointed, I have returned it. I made pancakes this morning. The first batch was ok, but the second and third stuck to the griddle surface. Heat Distribution is very bad. On a 10" glass-topped burner, I measured 451 degrees at the center, and 308 at the corners, after the griddle had been turned on for five minutes.

Pros
  • COPPER
Cons
  • The non-stick coating might not be suitable for cooking certain foods such as high acid content ones

Good price for my opinion

Got it for my son attending USC medical school. He is happy and he likes to cook in it. If he is happy I am ecstatic. Next time I will get him one more expensive.

Pros
  • The pan has a flat bottom that prevents hot spots and helps distribute heat evenly
Cons
  • The pan's non-stick coating may not be suitable for use with certain cooking oils

Seems good - my new review

GIFT from Santa so won't know how it holds up till after Christmas. If the lifespan degrades or If performance is subpar I will adjust review later.

Pros
  • The non-stick coating is PFOA-free, making it safe for your family to use
Cons
  • The non-stick coating might require seasoning before cooking to perform optimally

Holds up well on my review.

We have been using this griddle several times a week for 14 months. It only has a few light surface scratches in the center. It is easy to clean and nothing sticks to it.

Pros
  • The pan is lightweight and easy to handle, making it ideal for everyday use
Cons
  • The pan's non-stick coating may start to chip over time, putting users at risk of ingesting small bits

Can’t beat it for the money

Bought this for my NuWave and use it at work to cook lunch and it’s the best thing ever. Perfect to cook on and even easier to clean up when you’re done. Just don’t be stupid and use metal on it. ALWAYS use silicone utensils on these non stick surfaces or else you’ll scrape off the part that makes it "non stick” and you don’t want to ingest that.

Pros
  • The pan is resistant to chipping and peeling, ensuring it lasts longer
Cons
  • Not suitable for use on glass or ceramic stovetops as it may scratch or damage the surface

Works on my induction range!

Finally! It was so hard to find a griddle that worked on our new induction range. Most are aluminum, and that doesn’t work. Cast iron works but too heavy for my wrist. I have been happy with the quality of this griddle. It makes great pancakes!

Pros
  • This is a great pan and a good size for a family dinner.
Cons
  • The pan's weight can be too heavy for some users, making it difficult to lift or move around the stove

Needed a replacement one.

I love this pan for grilled cheese, tuna melts and paninis. Over time they lose their non stick ability, but mine other one lasted about 3 years. The coating doesn’t flake off, food just starts to stick.

Pros
  • Home & Kitchen
Cons
  • The non-stick coating may require special cleaning methods, which can be inconvenient

Not worth it - my new review

Had this almost 2 months. Terrible to clean. Not using metal but grooves or gouges are showing up. Burn spots showing up underneath2 months the non stick has worn off have to use cooking sprayThrowing in trash when new one shows up

Pros
  • Makes frying eggs or flipping an omelet a breeze
Cons
  • Not suitable for use with metal utensils, which can scratch and damage the nonstick coating

Pretty good pan - my new review

Have been using this pan for about a month now and it seems to be a pretty good pan. The non stick coating is slick, durable and doesn't seem to scratch easily. My only complaint would be that the heat doesn't conduct out to the outer corners fully efficiently so when cooking pancakes the part towards the center of the pan is always done more than the part nearer the corner. Other than that a great pan.

Pros
  • Heavy
Cons
  • It stained from cooking sausage.
