Disappointing Results from Health and Household Recovery Drink
Based on my observations, this post-workout recovery drink didn't live up to its claims to help with muscle recovery. While it did taste decent, I didn't notice any significant improvement in how my muscles felt after workouts. The price is also quite high compared to other recovery drink options on the market. Overall, I would not recommend this product.
