Review on Rheem Ruud Pole Contactor 42 25101 01 by Danny Zapata

I have noticed that the fan on my RUUD condenser unit is running but no cold air is coming out of the vents. I opened the lid and found the mouse slot in the controls. The capacitor blew (CSC part number 43-101666-68) so I decided to replace the relay switch as well. The original relay had a different part number but the key was the XMC0-321-EBBD rating for my device so it has 1 pole and a shunt. Even if the amps and RES were higher, you can always increase them. I am happy to report that the air conditioning is working and is now even quieter when starting! For less than $50 in parts I'm ready. Simply saved $350 in service and replacement costs. Check these mice every year, they can increase blood pressure. Shame on me for not checking it every year, won't make that mistake again!
