This really shouldn't be called an "adult" but for adults like me who are wondering if they are true to size, here is my experience. I am a 5'7" adult female weighing 135 pounds and this is how I compared the size chart: Scroll through Product Overview to see the size chart. Ignore the weight, it's based on youth frames. For elbow to wrist (A/B/C) I got 10, 9, 7. This is the upper limit of the large size for my elbow and is the average size for the wrist. For D/EI it was 16 and 15 which puts me above plus size. I chose the L size as it's easier to tighten the straps than tighten them and I figured I didn't have too much on my legs. Lo and behold, the elbows fit, the wrists are big and the knees are a bit cramped. Although the wrist guard is large, the straps can be tightened enough to make it snug. I cut the elastic of the knee pad to fit more freely around the thigh. So I'm giving 5 stars because I got exactly what I predicted in the size chart and the quality of the product is what I expected. get a real idea of what will fit.
