Did the Job for Power Tool Parts and Accessories
Worked great on a 1" quartz kitchen island countertop. I started with a small drill just to have a point to hold that drill. It's lined with water to keep it cool. I was worried about using something too strong and breaking the stone, so I just used a Makita drill bit at first, but after about an hour I was only getting about 3/4 of the way , so I switched to my hit Makita driver 15 minutes to go and I did it with no problems, looks great!

- DRILLING HOLES in glass bottles, porcelain tiles, flower pots, fish tanks, granite, marble with a diamond coated drill bit.
