The ease of use is great! I love how simple it makes my job as an office manager to keep track of all appointments for our physicians' offices. It's easy enough that even non-tech savvy people can figure out what they need in order advance their business workflow/day-to-day tasks. There are many features available but sometimes you have to dig through menus or other submenus if your looking for something specific. If you're not tech savy there may be some things that look complicated at first glance but aren't so bad once used frequently. This program has made scheduling much easier than having to manually input each appointment into excel spreadsheets every day.
