Review on Enhanced Chicago Cutlery Essentials 7-Inch Santoku Knife for Optimal Performance by Jhansi Thomas

I bought this knife to replace a previous model of the same knife and I swear the one I received is a fake. The original is large, heavy, and has a large taper from edge to tip. The handle was comfortable and easy to grip. Well-rounded and perfect for multi-hour use. The one I received was thin, light and didn't feel tangible. The handle was sharp and too small in all directions. The blade itself was warped and the overall finish was poor. The dimple on one side was badly smeared. 2/10 do not recommend. The pictures looked like my knife, but this one was far from it.
