Just do it yourself. They did.
The price of this item is a bit high for what it is. I think anyone can take any of Klein's tools, drill a hole and install a ring. I was hoping they would do a better job installing it, but they don't. The rubber on the bar where they drilled the hole has snapped so it's starting to loosen after just 1 month of use.
