Weak but decent design.
I dont think this magnet could lift 160lbs or pull with 160lbs of force. I could barely manage to lift a steel 20lb weight. Not something I could go magnet fishing with, really. A disappointment but I'm sure it will still be useful for something. Like the washer/lockwasher/ through-bolt design but I'm sure thats where it loses a tong of pulling power. Less surface area means less magnetic force. Maybe without the hole in the middle it would be able to pull its weight hehehe.
