Received as expected. The packaging was a bit worn but all knives and loose parts were present (3 sets of knives). I used a hole saw to cut 4 8-1/4" holes in the ceiling for the speakers. I used a 1/2" Chicago Electric Reversible Punch (with wire). You will definitely need a side handle to operate this large cutter. It's really taxing on the drill bit to cut big holes. The cutter worked perfectly and the price was really good.
