Plug this dongle into the back of a compatible Yealink phone, turn on Bluetooth in the phone's menu and pair. The only thing I notice is that when I enter the first digit of the number I'm calling, I don't hear a "feel better" response. The rest of the numbers "indicate" the tone as with any other method of calling - loudspeaker, handset, wired headset.
