This DVD player works perfectly. We've tested both connections on both Windows and Mac computers without a single issue. Loading and retrieving was smooth and easy. The device is very easy to carry in a briefcase or backpack due to its size and is very portable. The connections are well made and with a good connection cable. We tested the read and write functions and found them to respond quickly to any scenario. The price of the device is an added plus as it is very affordable to use on multiple computers. To me this is a FIVE STAR rating and I expect it to last. I heartily and wholeheartedly recommend this player and it's great for us with multiple computers, both Mac and Windows.
