I like that you can use this software to create your own custom forms which makes things easier when trying to build an application or reporting process with many steps in between different sections (i'm using this specifically as part of my job). The system itself has been very slow at times so we had issues getting data into our applications quickly enough sometimes causing delays but overall its not terrible once everything's set up correctly! Also there are no customer support options available outside just emailing them directly if needed - however they do have live chat capabilities now though i've never used these features personally yet since working here all day every single weekday means only being able to check occasionally during lunch break / breaks etc.. We're looking forward towards having better integration within other systems such as Salesforce CRM & Sage ERP allowing us greater visibility across departments while also improving internal processes throughout each department via automation.
