I liked the features and number of devices supported. The PD port has been helpful and has increased the total number of devices the 13-inch MacBook Pro can support. However, this failed in less than 6 months. In addition, I noticed that the laptop freezes or restarts several times when connecting external devices. I switched to Anker and have not seen such problems.
