Review on 📦 Rampage Products 86622 Red Universal Trail Can Storage Box: Organize with Style and Convenience! by Patrick Lets

Bought two of these cans for my Jeep 7 years ago, the quality is excellent, durable! I just bought two more exactly the same tins in 2019 and they are completely different, solid defective rubbish! The cans I just received are made in China, they have holes in the seams meaning you can tell it's not a real canister as you can see inside the so called secret canister! I usually put an extra jacket in my old trail containers. Not this one. With all the jokes in the jar and the daylight showing that any clothes you put in those jars will be covered in toad dust and definitely water when it rains. Welds aren't even done yet! I think the factory in China decided they didn't need to be fully welded. Just complete rubbish. The metal and welds are so bad you don't need to break through the top. Just take a flat head screwdriver and pry along the seams like a cheap tin can if you have tuna. Take about 30 seconds to break it. The paint is different too! My old canisters got a good solid red color after 7-8 years, don't fade, don't crack. These cans are already showing signs of color fading. If left in the sun for a very long time, they will definitely turn pink. A small scratch on this paint is peeling. I don't know what happened to Rampage and/or why they decided to produce in China, but it just doesn't work. Rather pay 20% more for a good product than for cheap junk. Also, this kind of cheap metal undoubtedly rusts quickly. A NOTICE. I've always appreciated Rampage products and their quality. But this is new junk. If you see 5 star reviews they must be old cans. I would give my old Rampage cans 5 stars plus. This one, no way. 1 star sends them back!
