I love V-Tech phones THE BEST. I've tried Panasonic and AT&T, the latter of which absolutely sucks. The AT&T dial-up connection dropped calls and sometimes took 3-5 attempts to dial. That disappointed me at best, so I started looking for a new cordless phone. I've used V-Tech before and never had any problems, so when I bought this product I felt like I was getting a reliable product. V-Tech phones never interrupt my calls. The sound is clear and the bandwidth is quite large. The ability to expand the set with additional phones is a plus. I even have a phone in the bathroom now. The only thing I want in this set is a headphone jack on each earpiece. Sometimes holding the phone to your ear or using the phone's built-in speaker is inconvenient when trying to perform multiple tasks. Otherwise, I will never buy another brand of phone again. V-Tech always works for me.
