Very small, about the size of a pencil point. Probably the smallest so far. Basically I'm going to use them to power some 3w leds I bought a while back and I need something good as a power converter. I love that I can use this via 5V USB or put together 8 AA and make a long lasting powerful flashlight. (DIY FTW!), It responded very well to voltage fluctuations and changes and kept the LED light stable. The voltage regulator runs pretty cold at 5V, which is really good, and gets a little warm at 12V, but that's quite normal. you are at the specification limit. I haven't tried pushing it past the specs, but why? :) I am very happy with this purchase. I just love how tiny they make these electronics! :)
