Perfect for 2004 Ford Focus 2.0 Zetec. It appears to be OEM (Ford logo stamped, the part number on the stamp matches the part it replaces). When replacing, be sure to check the PCV hose that enters the intake manifold for cracks as these hoses are the weak point for this engine.
