I can only repeat the words of other reviewers on this part. It failed within a week and gave me the same "Check Engine Soon" and "Power Down" messages mentioned earlier. When checked at the service center, the same code P1271 immediately got out. I returned this cheap fake and bought a genuine GM part. Consider yourself forewarned!
