Useful but weak, springy, made in China

Pros: - Good range of adjustment - Run of the reel is fairly smooth Cons: - Fragile, lightweight construction - Comes in the box shown in the photo delivered not packed in another box for protection - during shipping the stand rattled inside the box and ripped off the first page of the manual - really **poor packaging. makes it difficult to turn the handle without many small turns rather than a full turn - about 1/4 inch of spring for the entire mechanism. If you adjust it to the desired height and then add a lot more than a few kilograms of weight, the height will drop a bit. More pronounced at lower and mid-highs. Less elastic when fully grown, but not hard. Made in China.
