The system is easy for physicians/staff at our clinic in rural Ohio (no EHR) with out of state specialists that are difficult as they don't work well together using other systems or phone calls! We've been able use it without much effort once we got going but sometimes you have problems getting an appointment added even when there isn’t enough available time within your schedule - so if this can be fixed then I would give them another try since their support was super helpful before now too!! I like that the app is easy to use and can be used for both the patient and physician side of things. The only thing I dislike about this is that it takes a little bit longer to get started than other platforms. It also does not have as many features as some other platforms. If you are looking for an easy to use platform with great customer service, then this is the one! We are using this to help our clients access their records when they don't live in close proximity to us.
