They are quick and easy to assemble. Just peel them off the sticker and place them on the surface of your closet or drawer. Watch the placement once you've pasted it; I had to install them in the exact corner of the closet door so they would hit the closet's surface. Without soft-closing hinges, the cabinets slammed quite loudly, and my neighbor across the shared wall could hear the cabinet doors closing. After I put them on, my husband said the sound was reduced to a "bass sound" rather than a loud rattle. It doesn't make them very quiet, but it sounds nicer and "neighbour-friendly".
