Review on GeoLynx 9-1-1 by Tylin Meyer

I like how easy it was to learn and use. It's very intuitive, once you get used to it it makes sense quickly. I think that the interface could be improved in some areas, but this can't be said for all software products. The fact that there are tutorials that walk you through each function would help. There were a lot of functions that I didn't know how to use so I had to look them up online or ask someone who knew how to use it. Being able to have a map of our city when dispatchers are trying to find us is helpful.
