When you're making chicken broth with bones or other items you don't keep. What should it all be, these soup socks are fantastic. Put everything in the sock, tie it off, pour it into the pot and you're done. I also used them in my pressure cooker. Use a pressure cooker and a fat separator and you'll have chicken broth in about an hour. They come in packs of three (three, three packs). There was a hole in one of the socks (don't laugh). It was too late for Revane to fix it, so I wrote to the Regency. They were very accommodating and sent a replacement.
